Could anyone guess what the above sequence represent is? ................Well, they are my weights in the past few years. I have tried things like diet, exercise, 5 time meal, etc. (and dropped them after few months). Would there be a better way to reduce? Or an easier way?

Well, Science has its own ways. There is a new pill which could be used a replacement for the exercise. Instead of other weight reducing pills (which are essentially fat burners) this is a "pharmacologic equivalent to exercise.”

The only problem is that it can reduce the body weight but could not provide the body shape and fitness of exercise. Well, something is better than nothing.....

try to reduce your drive to work, stop being a couch potato...i say this because i do this on routine...
